Why We Built This Site
Georgia permits broad public access to many court records, but custody depends on the court. Worth County Superior Court is the general-jurisdiction trial court, and the elected Clerk of Superior Court manages Superior, State, and Juvenile records. Probate, Magistrate, and municipal court files follow separate paths. PeachCourt provides electronic access for Worth Superior and State Court matters, while the Tifton Judicial Circuit calendar supplies hearing settings. We collect those distinct search routes, contact details, and request steps in one place.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are searched and read in Worth County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court schedule and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a docket search by party name or case number through PeachCourt
- Record requests: how court case records and certified copies are requested from the proper clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits mean we cannot:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified record must come from the clerk or court that keeps the case. We can identify the likely custodian, but we cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Outside providers power some search boxes on this site and control their own fees, services, and results. We may receive a referral payment when a visitor reaches a paid signup through one of those tools. That support helps keep access to our pages free, but it does not give us control over the provider or its data.
